COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; mso-hansi-font-family: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">我们祖国的中医是源远流长的。但中医的实质是什么 ,他是怎样缘起的,怎样流传下来的。这是自古到今一脉相承传下来的。但是呢,现在很多人把中医当成一门简单的治病手段。这是对中医真正思想内涵的一种肤浅认识。中医不光是一门治病的技术,他是对人天之学的整个的领会,然后在贯穿到治病之中,小到治病、修身,大到治国、平天下、了解整个宇宙的奥秘。所以说中医的实质是非常深奥的。一部《黄帝内经》,所讲的人天之学绝不亚于佛经上所探究的内容。所以,我们在学习这门学科的时候,一定要有一种高远的志向,一定要有探求人天奥秘的志向和欲望。只有有了这种欲望、这种想法以后,学出来的东西才能详细一些、味道更纯一些。要不然的话,只能学到一些草头方子而已,骗了别人,骗了自己,对个人修身养性没有益处,对个人人生观、世界观的认识没有丝毫的改变。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 22pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; mso-hansi-font-family: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">《神农本草经》。神农氏,即炎帝,对药性的理解,把自然界的药物分门别类,对药物进行了解以后,药物禀性中和的,确可大用的收录进来,要不然,世界间的植物何止百千,为何别的不选,单选这几种呢。别的草药也是有用的,也可能有奇效,但它的性味不是很中正,不可大用。就像一个国家一样,办理事情时要用人,社会上百千万人,每人都有自己的特点,但真正能为人民服务的,能管理国家管理社会的也就那么一小批。这些人必须是有他自己的特点,又有禀性中和的一面。所以他的这个药性是非常中和的醇和的。而不像有些药,药性比较乖戾,偏性太大,与其他要配合之后比较难以发挥效益。所以神农对人天之学、对于药性有深刻的认识和体会,写出了《神农本草经》。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 22pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; mso-hansi-font-family: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">,这是两种什么样的状态呢?对于人来说,平时处于平静状态,总是有百千念头、纷杂无序,想静也静不下来,处于平静状态时,也会有念头的,纷然无序的话,对每一种念头都不去执着,久而久之之后就会进入一种空明的状态。这时就像一面镜子一样,有物体来现的话,马上清晰的表现出来,念头过了之后就消失了,其实这就是无极状态,镜子空明的状态就是无极。什么是太极?太极就是镜子照万物时,万物影像到里面。大家注意我这两个比喻,不管你照没照万物没有没影像在里面,你都是一面镜子,镜子里面是没有东西的,它照万物也是照的一种虚影,万物在一面真实镜子中体现出来了,这叫太极状态。太极什么时候生阴阳?动而生阴阳。这个动是什么?是镜子本身动了,镜子本身动而生阴阳。这个镜子对反映的事物产生了幻觉,产生了错觉。这个时候就生阴阳了。为什么?就是镜子照见万物了,一看,唉,这是外物,有外就有内,有外物就有镜子,这就分为两种了,一个是本体,一个是外物。这叫动即生阴阳,有外有内,阴阳之象产生了。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 22pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; mso-hansi-font-family: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">其次是三才。因为你观察内外时,你还有立一个本位,这个本位就是中,阴阳中,这个中就是天地人的人,这就分化成三才。你如果一直以一个旁观者的角度来说,不立于你的本位的话,阴阳的变动产生四象八卦,但是这个本位也是很重要的,这是中国文化特有的,很多其他文化中没有的。他就是以人立为本位,合于四象,则称五行。因为不管阴阳还是四象,都是依靠本位来辨别的。所以光是阴阳,光是四象,用药有限制。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 22pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; mso-hansi-font-family: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">理论上的东西,不是从临床实践上来的,而是从发自内心对事物真正理解,你的一举一动,对世间各种想法,对生活,对接人待物,一点一滴中理解出来的。从临床理解来的太片面。只有跟自己的生活,跟自己的言谈举止打成一片,这个才叫真实的东西,刚才讲的中土,是一法,中土虚陷、阳气抬不起来有很多种原因。阳不足他抬不起,阴不足他也抬不起来。什么是阴不足?脾经不能收慑啊,很多伤精患者是很难治疗的,他的神气是浮荡的,精气不能收敛,你把六气适当调整了以后,他脏腑的精气还是涣散的状态,所以他就没有好的机会,所以临床用药上,除了温脾胃,还要收敛他的精气,所以这时用药就比较麻烦,要把病人看的非常清楚,今天吃什么药,明天吃什么药,根据她的精神状态进行调整,他也能配合你,时间长了就能把他的脏腑的精气敛藏回来。如果单纯按照黄元御书上的暖水燥土不但不管用,用多了反而精气更加亏耗。在这样的例子很多。至于胃气不降,这个疾病啊,治病必求于本,本于阴阳,这个阴阳有外在的六气的变化,受外在风寒,六气失调产生的变化,内在是脏腑的虚实,脏腑的虚实从脉象上就能看出来,腑气郁阻了要通腑,脏器有亏竭的话,就要敛凝脏精,收藏其神志。这时有些滋阴药也必须用。所以关键还是观其脉征,知犯何逆,随症治之。脑里如果有定法、定方的话,就容易出错。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 22pt;
