加大剂量用真武汤

<p>有个问题想孙老师请教一下,我痰多、清水多而且痰多清稀有白沫,我学习了一下是命门火衰,不能温养脾土,只可以话上焦之水,而不能化下焦之水也。而且我日渐消瘦,腰部尤甚,得孙老师点拨我才知道这正式肾阳虚不能化气行水之故也,又腰为肾之府故腰部日渐消瘦也。</p>
<p>我想将真武汤加倍,方为真武汤:白术60克,茯苓60克,生姜30克,白芍30克,黑附子60克。</p>
<p>不知可否,请孙老师明示!</p>

<p>我今年1-4月底的时候及上每天都站马步桩,5月份开始就停了。秋冬季节宜收藏,不知是否适合每天站马步桩?</p>
